Many people give their car an annual check; They give their computer's periodic checkups- but they never get a check up on their most important asset- themselves! The summer is a good time for this because the Dr lines are shorter (people travel and flu season is over) and if your Dr. orders more exercise, the weather may give you the extra incentive you need.
You may feel perfectly healthy but a preventative check up will confirm this.
