    We are looking for a hard-working Operations Executive Assistant who will be able to undertake a variety of office operations support tasks and will work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail. You will ensure proper flow of operations procedures, and will support the Director of Operations by carrying out common operation duties. Operations Executive Assistant is responsible for ensuring general management of the office operations, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communication, and strategic planning. Ultimately, the Operations Executive Assistant must ensure the smooth running of the operations department and help improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

    ● Assist the Operations Director
    ● Schedule and track meetings and appointments, and assist in travel
    arrangements
    ● Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing
    memos, forms; and sorting and distributing incoming mail
    ● Maintain facilities management, including space planning/design and
    facilitation of all office functions and services
    ● Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient,
    productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience
    ● Monitor and maintain office equipment; inventory supplies and order office and
    pantry supply as needed
    ● Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials

    QUALIFICATIONS
    ● Excellent organizational and time management skills
    ● Proficient computer skills, including Google tools, Microsoft Office Suite
    (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars

    ● Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
    ● Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional
    manner
    ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
