If you have good ones in the rock genre in particular, please post.

Here is one from a friend to get this started:

The Boston Herald wrote of "Eight Days": "Until Springsteen does a modern day Hanukkah rocker, this killer cut will more than do." The Boston Herald also listed this track as one of the top holiday songs of 2005 (alongside tunes by Brian Wilson, Aaron Neville, Anita Baker, Diana Krall and others)...and Eight Days as the best chanukah song of 2005.
