Jewish Charity Awarded Top Rating
Tzedakah is an investment. The contributor wishes to obtain the most benefit for his donation. How much of each dollar will be used towards the organization’s programs? How much is needed towards office expenses, salaries, printing and mailing costs, fundraising expenses etc? How can the potential donor know? Is there a way to compare different organizations?
Charity Navigator’s mission is to create public awareness of the inner workings of each organization. It is their goal to assist you in guarding your investment. Detailed investigations yielding information regarding the financial health and efficiency of non-profits is made available to the public. Ezer Mizion, Israel’s Health Support Organization since 1979, is proud to have been awarded Four Stars, the highest level offered by Charity Navigator. Due to the organization’s extreme care taken with public funds, a full 85.2% is used for program expenses. Fiscal details may be obtained at www.charitynavigator.org.
