Will the high price of oil this winter mean we will freeze at shul and Yeshiva? How are we going to pay for it? With a fuel surcharge?

We wont freeze at shul/school, but we'll definitely pay for it.

Shuls will have appeals "upkeep of the shul has gone up. heat has gone up x%, y has gone up, z has changed etc" we need more money. Most will have the $ to manage through the winter and ask in the future.

Schools will just raise tuition anyway this will give them an excuse.
