You are right. The point IS that people make their own decisions about things - I would just like to see what some others think in more detailed description. For example, let's assume someone responded $100,000-$150,000, but has no kids in school and spent $6,000 on jewelry last year. Does that person think that that is comfortable? Does that person think that $6K on jewelry is LOTS of money to spend on jewelry in one year, fully knowing that it will only cover one kid in yeshiva? Is that person carrying credit card debt? Are enough people interested in exploring the topic to create a "Financial Issues" forum?
