I paid via check (my biggest mistake). It has been almost four months (as of 11/30/05) since I paid $947 to join. I have yet to be shown my profile, which I only asked for because I have not received any introductions. My personal matchmaker does not return my calls and he does not respond to my emails. Several weeks ago I requested a refund, to date I can’t even get someone at the 800# to respond to that request or convince an executive to respond to my emails/calls.
I joined because I am busy. I (obviously) feel uncomfortable asking my secretary to handle this. That leaves me left debating if I should go through the hassle of small claims court or just write off the $947 that I paid. It would be an emotional lawsuit; The time spent on the filings and court appearance will cost me more then I will win.
I wrote this to caution others. However, should Executive Jewish Dating request it, I hope the webmaster will give them my contact information, I would really love to be able to append this review with a statement saying that they have resolved this.
