Rosh Hashana (the Jewish New Year) is the time for spiritual reflection and a time to make corresponding resolutions. On Labor Day, it’s a good time to reflect on our career. Now that the new calendar year is here, New Year’s Day is a time for physical reflection- many people make resolutions to work on their weight and health etc. Use this as your motivation for self-reflection and self improvement.
